We typically carry out seat upgrade refurbishment work, maintenance and repairs on over 2,000 pieces of aircraft equipment each week. Having our own Cut and Sew facilities, we have unsurpassed expertise and experience in the manufacture of all types of seat covers whether they are leather or fabric, laminated or padded.

We have found them to be an extremely reliable supplier who offer realistic lead times which gives us peace of mind for our own production – more importantly, they always deliver the right amount of product on time.

It has been refreshing to work with an open and honest company who allow us access to their entire team from production through to technical support and sales. This direct access is a real benefit to working with Yarwoods and has allowed our technical and design team to talk directly with those who know best – with this, we have been able to rapidly develop customer specific seat covers which meet our own customers high requirements for design and quality. Yarwood's ability to take an idea and turn it into a reality has proved useful on several occasions.

In addition to this customer service, we have also found that Yarwoods work to all the latest production requirements and offer rapid turn-around for cut leather components. This significantly shortens our own in-house production cycle allowing us to focus on those elements which separates us from our own competitors. In fact, over the last 6 months we have outsourced leather cutting to Yarwoods for a large aviation program which doesn’t even use their leather – despite this, they have remained completely professional and consistently keep within the agreed cutting yield tolerances required on this tightly budgeted program.

In short, their ability to supply high quality leather at extremely competitive prices has allowed us to offer cost savings to our airline customers whilst maintaining their exacting requirement for leather quality and performance.
